Manager, Product & Partner Marketing
Capital One, one of Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For," is looking for a Manager, Product Marketing and Strategy, to accelerate growth within Capital One Trade Credit (COTC).
COTC provides customizable, tech-enabled B2B credit solutions for enterprise-scale merchants, as well as Partners with whom we can go-to-market as part of an integrated product or marketing strategy to serve their merchants and/or customers. Our trade credit solutions enable our merchants and Partners to grow sales, improve working capital, reduce risk, increase operational efficiency, and enhance their customer experience throughout the purchase-to-payment lifecycle.
To support growth, the COTC team is seeking a Product and Partner Marketer to lead critical market, competitive, and VOC research and product validation workstreams to support the capture of inputs to help shape short and long-term product strategy, competitive differentiation, and roadmap. This person will help build best practices for product marketing and roadmap alignment, working closely with colleagues from across Product, Business Development, Client Management, Operations, and beyond. Additionally, this role will support Voice of Customer engagement horizontally across existing partner and account holder relationships and be the Partner Marketing lead for one or more Partner(s), as needed.

What you'll do:
Lead product value proposition strategy and research efforts collaborating internally and with Prospects and Partners to help inform and implement the road map, milestones, and help shape the final recommendation to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. This includes objectives, learning agendas, research plans and overseeing execution of research initiatives, and analysis strategies.
Own the Voice of Customer horizontal strategy to capture key feedback from existing Partners and Account Holders in order to influence product roadmap needs and service improvements
Be the primary Marketing point of contact for one or more Partner(s), supporting marketing strategy and growth initiatives in collaboration with Client Management. This may include creative ideation and execution, product training, program feedback, and a clear understanding of the Partner(s) business objectives
Be the SME on buyers, influencers, competitors and how we differentiate, and broad industry knowledge
Educate our teams on products/val prop (including sales/BD) and collaborate with GTM marketing to create tools / collateral to help them achieve their goals
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams including analytics, research, client management, operations, product, tech, legal, compliance, GTM and the client/partner to deliver on objectives.
