Job Responsibilities:
General ledger accounting experience
Month end close processing experience
Making journal entries
Create and manage account reconciliations (BlackLine software)
Own project accounting and tracking for service projects
Project analysis & profitability tracking
Service billing to customers, including time, T&E, and material costs
Manage prepaid assets and corresponding journal entries
Full balance sheet review monthly
File Sales and Use tax returns
Business unit P&L financial variance tracking to forecast and budget
Develop and report out operational metrics and KPIs
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1-2 years experience in Accounting or Finance roles
Strong MS Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Great communicator
Organized and detailed driven
SAP experience a plus
Month end close experience: recording journal entries, preparing account reconciliations and other monthly close procedures
CPA a plus
