A&M's Giving Back program was formed to develop and support the charitable interests of our communities by providing employees with volunteer opportunities and channeling our contributions to local, US and global charity organizations. More than half of the firm's employees participate in the program, which continues to expand. The Giving Back program is one way we show our appreciation as a firm to the communities that contribute to our livelihood and help us to grow.

Position Overview

As a Giving Back Coordinator, you will provide critical administrative and project support to the Community and Culture team by managing expectations and requirements of internal A&M employees, charitable organizations and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including: tracking status of events, scheduling meetings and notetaking.
  • Support in the planning of giving back programs and campaigns.
  • Support charity events including logistics preparation, coordination with event on-site support, etc.
  • Assist in managing budgets, making purchases, and indexing invoices
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
  • May include light travel



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a philanthropic or administrative related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate
  • Strong customer service focus and passion for giving back
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and ability to adapt to varying stakeholder needs



The salary range is $60,000 - $62,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
