Order Entry Representative
The Order Entry Representative will perform administrative functions associated with entering orders and processing hearing aid products and Digital Wireless Accessories (DWA) systems.

Responsibilities:
May perform any or all of the following functions
Entering new commercial In The Ear (ITE)
Entering new commercial Sound Delivery System (SDS)
Processing re-shipment of products back to correct manufacturer (non-Sonova products
Visually inspect orders and products
Identify defects/rejects and escalate as required
Active participation in quality improvement processes
Initiate process improvements and motivate peers to achieve team goals
Meet established individual and team goals
Maintain workstation in a clean, safe and orderly manner
Adapt to various positions as business needs require
More about you:
HS diploma, GED or equivalent;Some College preferred
At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
2+ years of data entry experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
Strong Knowledge of inventory management concepts
Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Willingness to work in a team environment
SAP (or other ERP system) experience a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit
Excellent vision to read small font Must be able to sit for 7 hours a day Able to type on a keyboard Lift weight up to 20 pounds Perform other duties as assigned

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
