This is a hybrid role with 3 days working in our Deerfield, IL corporate office and two days working remotely.

Your Role at Baxter
The Associate Director Marketing, Kidney Care (Global Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Products) will establish and direct marketing strategy across our Automated PD (APD) platforms, delivering $1.3B in global revenue. The APD product lead will closely partner with our digital connected care team to strengthen our position in patient-centered home therapy, enabling enhanced lifestyle options. This individual is a key team leader in the global PD franchise as the team launches a new APD product platform for home dialysis in global markets.

What you'll be doing
Partner with Product Development, Connected Care, Clinical, Market Access, Regulatory and Regional Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and geographic expansion.
Serve as the organizational global contact for all Automated PD cycler platforms, assessing market needs / barriers, developing plans, supporting market initiatives, and ensuring successful global commercial launches.
Own global product launch plans including go-to-market strategies for APD electromechanical devices, IoT upgrades, and connectivity hardware
Own financial forecasting, product allocation and identify budget requirements to ensure proper execution
Lead/support market research and analyses of market trends to inform go-to-market strategy
Lead the development of marketing collateral and training materials to assist with launch, growth, and product maintenance phases
Manage all facets of the on-going operationalization of the product, including inventory management, profitability, quality issues, and regulatory compliance.
Serves as region and country liaison to ensure alignment with and implementation of key go to market strategies

What you'll bring
Bachelor's Degree with MBA strongly preferred
8+ years of Healthcare product/industry/brand management
P&L leadership experience for segment > $300 million US
Electromechanical medical device experience and skills to efficiently collaborate with technical teams
In-depth understanding of medical device product development and lifecycle management
Proven track record in global marketing strategy, new product development, launching new products, life cycle management and managing projects
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, excellent communication across functions, organizational levels and cultures to help deliver business results and the ability to influence are critical success factors for this role.
Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and deliver on creative ideas
Strong customer focus - passion to represent the voice of the customer in a compelling fashion
Eye for business - Solid ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data
Travel: 25% - 30%

The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - 220,000annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
