Overall Purpose
This position will support business initiatives through the strategic management and execution of marketing programs focused on driving business growth. Instrumental in driving marketing team goals to increase awareness and acquire new leads while overseeing and maintaining production and quality of assets and content. This position will manage relationships and coordinate with marketing employees and internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are implemented successfully.

Essential Functions
Leverage demand generation and account-based marketing strategies to execute end-to-end campaigns that meet defined business objectives and revenue goals including implementing full-funnel demand generation and focusing on a top-account approach.
Strategize, in partnership with the digital operations team, to build, test and optimize email campaigns, looking for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, trends, and best practices.
Develop and oversee paid media campaigns, launches, and ongoing optimizations-including strategy, ad copywriting (in partnership with the content team), data-based optimizations, vendor and billing management and ad trafficking.
Consult with marketing leadership, product marketing, sales, and content marketing to help develop, test and deliver integrated campaigns supporting existing and new go to market (GTM) motions including new programs, tracking campaign effectiveness, identifying new opportunities to drive results, and leveraging existing MarTech tools for campaign effectiveness.
Assess and implement new and exploratory marketing channels that support pipeline and growth objectives. These may include (but are not limited to) content syndication, out of home, direct mail, industry-targeted ads, and more.
Align closely with the B2B marketing team, sales, and internal and external resources to execute the demand generation components of virtual and in-person events.
Review the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and advise on how to optimize accordingly.
Analyze insights and trends in and outside of the financial industry as well as keep up-to-date on marketing best practices.
Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, a related field or equivalent education/experience required.
Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in marketing, B2B product marketing or related experience.
Possess a strong foundational knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategies including inbound and account-based thought leadership & lead generation marketing.
Ability to absorb complex information and synthesize to create clear and compelling communications.
A hands-on operator that can generated ideas and take them all the way through to execution.
Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and independently as required.
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand and articulate the long-term market potential and persuasively communicate the business vision and opportunities for growth.
Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Eloqua, and Salesforce.
Knowledge of other modern marketing tools used across the campaign stack.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments with concurrent deadlines.
Background and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications
Marketing automation platform (Eloqua preferred) experience a plus.
Financial services, payments risk management or Fintech (financial technology) background a plus.
