Who We Are:
Symetria Recovery is the #1 outpatient rehab in Illinois and Texas. It started with three simple, yet game-changing core beliefs: Addiction is a disease; co-occurring mental health conditions should be addressed, and patients deserve respect, not judgement. Symetria Recovery provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment with a focus on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in a welcoming outpatient setting. Unlimited clinical services are available to our patients under our bundled-service delivery model. Key services delivered through our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) licensure include MAT, medically monitored psychiatric care, individual therapy, group therapy (IOP), 6-day-per-week nursing care, and ongoing aftercare. Most of our patients being provided medication receive Buprenorphine products, but they can also receive Methadone, injectables (Vivitrol, Sublocade), and any other FDA-approved medication for addiction
What You Will Do:
+ Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone and answering and referring inquires.
+ Optimizes patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
+ Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery as compared to schedule and reminding provider of service delays.
+ Comforts patients by anticipating their anxieties, answering patient’s questions, and maintaining the reception area.
+ Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
+ Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information on every patient, every visit.
+ Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording, and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, filing, collecting and expediting third party claims.
+ Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level. Anticipates needed supplies, places, and expedites orders for supplies and verifies receipt of supplies and scheduled service.
+ Completes various census reports and assists with urine screens.
+ Helps patients in distress by following office policies.
+ Protects patient’s rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
+ Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
+ Any and all duties as assigned by Program Director.
Who You Are:
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Professional appearance and demeanor
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Windows Operating System
+ Learn and efficiently operate Electronic Medical Record Platform
+ Service orientated
+ Preferred experience in a medical office setting
+ The ability to travel to other clinics within the Chicagoland metro area
+ Full time position (40 hours per week) with rotating Saturdays and evening shifts required
