Job Duties and responsibilities- * Oversee hiring and training practices within the BDC Dept. * Oversee Payroll/Time and Attendance reports on a daily and weekly basis. * Setting targets for lead generation,follow-up procedures, and customer retention * Identifies and develops new business opportunities. * Builds and maintains relationship with costumers,suppliers,distributors,partners and vendors. * Track BDC performance and commissions on a weekly basis. * Ensure accuracy of all customer inquiry data into the CRM and effectively utilize lead management tools. * Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals * Gather useful information from customer and competitor data * Tracks emerging markets and trends * Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brand * Keep BDC up to date with current advertising efforts including incentives,rebates, and promotions. * Interact and coordinate with other department mangers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. * Work closely with service scheduler to modify appointments as needed. * Service email marketing to drive customer TLE-e score * Review and Analyze team activity and production daily,weekly monthly and year over year. * Annual Reviews with BDC staff.
