Full Service Commercial Maintenance Company that has been serving the Tri-State area for over 30 years is actively searching for qualified Part-time Recruiter/HR Admin.
Job Description
The overall responsibility of the Recruiting Assistant is to assist with the selection, recruiting and on-boarding for both office and technical positions.
+ Reviewing applications and selecting candidates to call based on specific criteria.
+ Scheduling and conducting first round interviews.
+ Assist in new employee hiring processes, on boarding, etc.
+ Coordinate HR related activities related to hiring.
Other responsibilities may include:
+ Involvement in administrative tasks: filing, phone calls, reminders, etc.
+ Ensure HR Laws are met under the Department of Labor standards.
+ Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Position Requirements
Job Requirements
+ Minimum of 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience
+ HR experience preferred.
+ Proven track record of employment
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate
+ Thrives in a hectic, fast paced environment with conflicting priorities.
+ Strong and effective communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
