The Commercial Solutions Area, Chief Technology Office (CSA CTO) is a global team that works across customer-facing and product teams to onboard, strengthen and synthesize solutions for Enterprise commercial customer sales and delivery, and accelerate the availability of emerging and future growth solutions.?

We are hiring for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Accelerator Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM).

You will collaborate deeply with leaders across the Commercial Solution Areas to prioritize and build AI (Artificial Intelligence) solutions grounded in consistent architectures that have proven repeatability with customers. These solutions will mature our sales motions in the field. You will work with AI engineering product groups to advocate for customers and partners in relevant product strategy. Similarly, you will work closely with AI marketing, sales excellence teams, and customer success + delivery organizations to integrate gold standard assets and methodologies into existing go-to-market motions and prioritization of key AI use cases that drive differentiated business outcomes.

Are you interested in helping to shape the era of AI? This role requires curiosity to quickly and deeply understand Microsoft’s quickly growing AI landscape. You are at home with a product management toolset and leverage your experience collecting customer requirements to shape corporate sales strategy. You will be the face of the CSA CTO organization across our AI solution area collaborators. You will also be accountable for shared objectives and key results (OKRs), usage and value metrics between CSA, Marketing, and Industry Solutions delivery teams.

You are a solid cross-functional team leader who drives action and alignment by cultivating relationships with senior management and managing across functional teams. Critical skills include defining customer best practices and gold standard asset needs; harvesting and leveraging the work of others to synthesize common best practices; active listening and synthesizing from customer meeting ride-alongs; connecting delivery partner intellectual property (IP) into sales IP, articulating and measuring business value and outcomes; and building strategies around market requirements, as well as the proven ability to translate all of this to solutioning engineering teams!

You will bring deep understanding and expertise in digital transformation opportunities across AI, supported by thought leadership in advanced technologies like connected apps, predictive analytics, data management, and other solutions and capabilities with a particular focus on digital transformation with AI.??

Responsibilities

+ Aggregate customer delivery proof points for prioritized solutions into centralized best practices, and into genericized assets and AI approaches.

+ Converge teams on AI solutioning priorities with Solution Truth.?Drive evangelism and adoption of highest priority AI use cases with field sellers and global system integrators in deep partnership with the AI solution area.

+ Inventory resources and assets available to AI sellers, analyze best practices, and reconcile incongruities to define the gold standard for prototyping reusable IP.

+ In tandem with CSA CTO’s production team (including engineers and designers), develop scalable, deployable, reusable, and relevant field enablement technical assets to accelerate customer and partner AI cloud adoption including customer-facing solution decks, product-validated solution architectures, Github repos, customer proof points, and more.??

+ Develop and co-own delivery offers around high priority AI solutions for the Industry Solutions Delivery teams, and connect to Customer Success unified offers.

+ Engage and drive a cross-team alignment that represents the needs of customers, the field, and delivery teams by effectively liaising with engineering, marketing, and corporate functions to problem-solve and develop innovative solutions.?

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in engineering, and/or product management/solution development, and/or customer solutioning.

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

+ 2+ years of specific technical expertise in AI solution areas, including experience in engineering and/or product management/solution development.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ MBA degree

+ 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

+ 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

+ Experience and skills with Azure AI products and/or Large Language Models (LLM)

+ Structured strategic systems thinking experience.

+ Proven ability to contribute to a healthy team culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and collaboration.

Technical Program Management IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 – $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 – $294,000 per year.
