Position Summary
The Desktop Technician coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming end user problems related to hardware issues, connectivity, operating systems, software, system procedures, online transactions, and system status. This role involves solving intermediate-level problems and analyzing potential solutions using standard procedures.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of professional expericne
- Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11 support
- Must be able to do a PC Refresh
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Experience working in ServiceNow null
