Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is developing patient-and provider-centric solutions rapidly and securely. We use the value of Oracle

Responsibilities

The Lead Licensed Pharmacy Researcher is responsible for transforming drug data in the clinical knowledge that is used within Oracle Health Applications and identifying and driving content projects and improvements. The Lead Licensed Pharmacy Researcher will leverage their clinical knowledge to interpret and analyze medical literature to create clinical content through entry into internal editorial tools. They will use their technical knowledge to query data for project creation and review and create metrics project and process tracking. This position will initially focus on creating and maintaining clinical drug interactions.

You will:

+ Transform drug data into clinical knowledge for use in Oracle Health Applications

+ Interpret and analyze medical literature to create clinical content

+ Leverage internal editorial tools for the creation of content

+ Use technical knowledge to query data for project creation

+ Review and create metrics for projects and process tracking

+ Initially focus on creating and maintaining clinical drug interactions

What You’ll Bring:

+ Your drive, knowledge, and commitment will help us become the number one trusted content provider. We also look for:

+ At least 5 years experience in clinical pharmacy

+ Knowledge of hospital information systems and clinical medication workflows

+ Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements around clinical medication practices

Top skills to be successful:

+ You are self-motivated and have an attention for detail

+ You have a passion for healthcare and patient safety

+ You have at least 5 years of pharmacy experience with at least 3 years of experience in a clinical position

+ You can interpret and analyze medical literature such as product information, research articles and case studies

+ You have a strong work ethic and can work independently

+ You enjoy working collaboratively to continually improve processes and workflows

+ You have a strong history of project development and execution

+ You have at least 3 years of experience writing drug information, including drug interaction content

+ You have experience working with databases (SQL preferred)

+ You have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare Informatics

+ Experience with Oracle Health Millennium solutions preferred but not required

+ You are proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ You have knowledge of JIRA

+ You must be currently licensed by a State Board of Pharmacy

+ You must be a US citizen

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
