Job Description:

The Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI team is responsible for turning the systems data into a winning advantage through delivery of data products, platforms, analytics, and services to the system. Creation of team to define and build the future state Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI organization and managing delivery of the use cases and value committed to in the DAA business case

Responsibilities:

+ Work across teams and functions to craft new frameworks and processes that will bring the Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI function to life

+ Connect EDAA to McDonald’s strategic Consumer and Restaurant platforms; working with leaders in the functions and markets to support their critical priorities with Data, Analytics, and AI capabilities and services

+ Partner with business stakeholders to identify, detail, prioritize, and kick off new data and AI use cases that drive value for the McDonald’s system

+ Support critical business operations across the EDAA hub with capabilities like demand intake, capacity planning, funding allocation, prioritization, and other key areas.

+ Track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the function and ensure we are serving the needs of our stakeholders

+ Partner with the Transformation office to create a governance framework to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability in decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

+ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

+ Strategy & Business Operations Experience: 3-5 years experience in strategy, business operations, process improvement, or program management roles; with a focus on data, analytics, or AI initiatives.

+ Data & AI Acumen: Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes, best practices, and industry standards.

+ Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and facilitate productive discussions.

+ Professional Acumen: Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
