Job Description (Entry Level)

Join our production team as a Machine Operator, where you’ll work on a dynamic floor with a dedicated team of 40+ employees per shift. You will operate machinery for paint mixing and milling, ensuring continuous operation and quality by closely monitoring the process, scraping and relocating paint, and adjusting machinery settings as necessary. Responsibilities also include lifting 30-50 lbs, repacking products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
