Job Title: Machine Operator Trainee

Job Description

A 12-18 month training program as a Machine Operator Trainee, where you will master the skills needed to operate sanitation equipment effectively. Your journey will start with handling products using a pallet jack, and progress to loading materials, setting up, and troubleshooting machines. Daily tasks include loading and unloading products from a conveyor and organizing them as per specific instructions. The role requires lifting items ranging from 20-50lbs consistently throughout the day. Efficient work leads to more downtime, which can be used for additional tasks or breaks.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean, heated facility located in Schaumburg. The site, though slightly smaller than other locations, offers ample space and operates with teams of ideally four people on each side of the machine.

This role features a rotating schedule, 9 PM to 9 AM, including a mix of weekdays and weekends.
