Description:
This position is for a Machine Assembler and Facilities Maintenance in a fabrication environment. Candidates will be working with the fabrication team, interpreting blueprints, taking direction from manager, using hand and power tools, and problem solving in some cases as they come up. The secondary responsibilities for this role will be responsible for the upkeep, repair and maintenance of the facility and building.
Responsibilities:
+ Interpret and read blueprints to determine proper layout of equipment
+ Carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing and other basic facilities maintenance
+ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment in order to complete tasks
+ Use manual machinery to fabricate own parts and fixtures
Requirements
+ 3 years of experience working in a facilities maintenance or similar type of role
+ Ability to interpret and read blueprints
+ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication tools to complete jobs as necessary
+ Experience with Carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing and other basic facilities maintenance
