Job Title: Quality Assurance ManagerJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to manage our Quality Management system and facilitate appropriate training for our employees. This role involves managing the QA team, developing audit plans, conducting quality audits, preparing audit reports, and communicating findings, including compliance risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating internal audit responses against current industry standards, regulations, and guidelines to assure compliance. The role also requires follow-ups on corrective and preventative actions to ensure implementation, compliance, and continuing efficacy. The QA Manager will also be tasked with developing compliance and quality training as needed and revising or reviewing SOPs and checklists to ensure documentation defines the steps necessary to complete required audit tasks. Keeping audit files and databases up-to-date and complete will also be a part of this role.

Work Environment
In this role, the Quality Manager will report to the Director of QA and will have 6 direct reports.
