ROLE SUMMARY

The Medical Websites Deployment Lead is a strategic role that supports the creation and dissemination of scientific content to healthcare professionals (HCPs) through Pfizer-owned digital platforms. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of medical websites, as well as the coordination and alignment of cross-functional teams involved in the content development and delivery process. You will report to the Pfizer owned Digital Medical Engagement HCP Channels Lead and work closely with the International Medical Channel Excellence (MCE) team, which drives channel strategies across the Oncology, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Vaccines portfolio.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead the planning and execution of the deployment of the medical websites and platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s digital strategy and vision.

+ Support the technical development, and integration of medical websites, working closely with IT and digital development teams to ensure functionality, usability, and compliance.

+ Develop the companywide medical strategy and implementation plan in partnership with Pfizer Digital and other cross-functional partners, including Global Medical Leads to:

+ Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the website for HCPS, using key metrics and data driven insights.

+ Monitor for data accuracy and quality within dashboards, including a plan to resolve issues when discovered.

+ Provides support and training to local operations teams and end users resolving issues and assisting with adoption.

+ Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and optimize the medical website related processes and customer experience.

+ Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams ensuring transparency, and accountability.

+ Provide guidance and support to content creators and reviewers, on engagement tactics, digital best practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and company guidelines.

+ identify and develop opportunities and recommendations for improvement and enhancement of the Pfizer Medical consortium of websites (>300 sites), based on data-driven insights and external/internal feedback.

+ Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of scientific content on digital platforms.

+ Assist the Pfizer Digital Engagement HCP Channels Lead in developing and implementing strategies to optimize the usability and effectiveness of the medical website for HCPs.

+ Direct management large and international vendor teams to implement novel technology web solutions and/or streamline and scale current web solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

+ BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred.

+ 10+ years of experience, includes managing digital platforms.

+ Fluency in English required.

+ Proven track record of team leadership, business performance and project management.

+ Experience leading in globally matrixed teams / cross market / culture functional teams.

+ Experience influencing without authority.

+ SME on medical reviewer requirements for medical communication of scientific data across digital platforms

+ Requires experience standing up and scaling Digital Medical HCP experiences across geographies.

+ Experience with US, and international markets pharmaceutical industry regulatory requirements and compliance standards when digitally engaging HCPs .

+ Understanding of digital risk areas pertaining to Medical Affairs engagement with HCPs across on-demand and self-service channels.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.   • The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $134,300.00 to $223,800.00.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
