Job Title: Construction Observer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Construction Observer to provide field service support for our growing portfolio of PV infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage multiple project sites within their designated region, assisting Construction Superintendents. Responsibilities include enforcing safety and regulatory policies, measuring productivity standards, assisting in schedule development, verifying delivery counts, conducting site inspections, and maintaining site cleanliness. The ability to travel locally between sites is required.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in La Place, Illinois.

Work Environment

This role requires being on site 5 days a week with local travel, ideally within 1-1.5 hours from home.
