Job Title: Field EngineerJob Description
As a Field Engineer, you will serve primarily as a QC Inspector, responsible for conducting walk-downs of the site to perform visual inspections of mechanical installations. You will escalate any defective components or faulty installations, documenting and escalating issues to the installation contractor and leadership. Your role will involve verifying the proper functioning of installed equipment or systems, identifying hazards, and suggesting necessary adjustments. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance on the job site, assisting with scheduling and quality assurance, managing materials, and supporting subcontract management.

Work Site

Work Environment
This position requires 100% travel. You will be working on a solar farm where panels tilt throughout the day and energy is transferred via an underground collection system to an overhead transmission line. The role involves tight deadlines, strict timelines, and budget constraints.
