This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, managing shipping details, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external team members. You will work closely with our administrative team to support basic administrative functions and follow up with customers as needed. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
+ 1-3+ years of recent order entry/customer service representative
+ Microsoft Office Proficient and either CRM or ERP software experience
+ Experience in manufacturing/transportation industry
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Work Environment
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
