Job Description

Location: 100% Remote
+ As a Business Analyst, you will focus on the platform to drive continuous improvement of our industry leading Visibility services products.
+ This innovative solution combines traditional device data, IoT device data from sensors on devices, backend business process data and other systems of record to deliver actionable intelligence to our customer to optimize their device availability, health, and utilization.
+ The emphasis is on aggregating this data from the many sources and analyzing it to convert it into information that will help customers and partners manage their business operations.
+ Our goal is to enable smoother operations by providing actionable insights into potential problems before they impact the business. They apply industry experience and knowledge of products, as well as the competitive environment, to translate market needs and business requirements to detailed product requirements.
+ They execute the near-term Program Increment Roadmap and team backlog.
+ The Business Analyst also works cross functionally within our highly innovative team of software engineers, data scientists, program managers, product managers and product owners.
Responsibilities
+ Supports the Program Increment Roadmap (across 1-3 quarters) and team backlog.
+ Translate market needs and business requirements to detailed product requirements.
+ Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with product portfolio.
+ Exhibits expertise in identifying, evaluate designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
+ Develops integrations, converts data, and Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
+ Leads in providing consultation to users in the area of product portfolio.
+ Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
+ Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with product portfolio, and outsourcing functions.
+ Ability to work independently across operations teams, software engineers, data scientists to define and evolve the SaaS product
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5-8 years of experience
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail and quality
+ Experience with end user issues
+ Demonstrated technical experience.
+ Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects.
+ Demonstrated experience troubleshooting.
+ Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
+ Experience developing new systems and tools.
+ Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures.
+ Advanced analytical skills
+ Demonstrated Project Management skills.
+ Self-motivated and able to work independently.
+ Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
+ Strong professional work behaviors (attendance, collaboration, time management, follow through)
+ Experience identifying and implement process improvements.
