Job Title: Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 3

Business Unit: Earthmoving Division

Business Center: Medium Wheel Loaders – General

Department Description: Medium Wheel Loaders – Cost Reduction Team

Location: IL-Peoria-Building AB Office

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

- Data analysis and data input work for Cost Reduction Team

- Staff work for business case development (data consolidation, presentations slides, etc)

- Follow up on action items

This team at the forefront of a large strategic project to reduce cost and create a culture of cost excellence in the Construction Industries Earthmoving Division

Typical task breakdown:

- Cost data analysis and input (excel, online systems and tools)

- Business case development (PowerPoint)

- Action item follow up (meetings, phone calls and emails)

Education & Experience Required:

- HD Diploma Minimum required. Associate’s degree or some college, strong history in technical data analysis/reporting desired

- 5+ years experience

- Will consider Bachelor’s degree

Technical Skills

(Required)

- Strong computer skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, basic formulas, quality deck creation in PowerPoint)

- Comfortable working with large data sets

- Data analysis and reporting

(Desired)

- Cost or construction equipment

Soft Skills

(Required)

- Strong communication skills

- Independent / Self starter

(Desired)

- Experience working with international teams
