Job Description
Commercial Products at OptiFreight® Logistics:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
The Commercial Products Team manages the enterprise’s portfolio of commercial products to enhance the customer experience and maximize the business value of new technology. This function creates strategies and innovative solutions for the portfolio based on relationships with business leaders, carrier relations, marketing, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to translate user insights into product requirements and roadmaps.
+ Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
+ Prioritize product features and ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
+ Develop product specifications and user stories.
+ Track product performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
+ Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
+ 3-5 years of product management experience.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
+ Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys) is a plus.
+ Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
+ Passion for building great products and a strong understanding of the user experience.
Anticipated salary range: $92,100 – $131,600
