We currently have a career opening for a Territory Business Development Manager Urology

Overview

Cardinal Health Specialty Solutions is looking for a field-based senior sales executive with previous experience working within the community-based urology market. This is a senior level individual contributor role which entails achieving sales objectives, expansion of business at existing accounts, providing input regarding account priorities, competitive intelligence, presenting to manufacturers, working with our Specialty GPOs and leveraging relationships in achievement of territory/business objectives.

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for meeting set quota within the territory by strengthening current relationships, driving organic growth and winning new accounts.

+ Develop strong relationships and advocates within accounts through product and disease state knowledge.

+ Focused on driving depth and increasing product utilization in key strategic accounts.

+ Assist in formulating sales revenue projections, by account, for the territory.

+ Based on territory goals, develop call plans for the week/quarter ahead, and work with Director of Sales to review and agree to final plan.

+ Involved in planning marketing projects and participating in tradeshows.

+ Responsible for delivering sales presentations that focus on GPO capabilities and benefits.

+ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers

+ Provide regular updates on competitive, clinical, and customer situations.

+ Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company

+ Complete administrative requirements in a timely and accurate fashion

+ Comply with all company and HR policies

Qualifications:

+ Must have proven experience selling technology to healthcare practices.

+ Familiarity with the urology healthcare space is a major plus.

+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities.

+ Proven experience managing large accounts.

+ Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

+ Strong organizational skills required

+ Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied sales-related tasks and projects

+ May contribute to the development of specific policies and procedures

+ Works on complex large deals of large scope requiring cross-functional support

+ Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives

+ Completes work independently; receives general guidance on current deals

+ Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives

+ Maintaining detailed customer pipeline with specific objectives and goals

+ May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated pay range: $ 166,300 – 209,800 (includes targeted variable pay)
