In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry while providing exceptional client service. You will be responsible for handling complex files, proactively addressing issues, and collaborating with the team to optimize workflow. This role offers competitive compensation ( $18/hour ) over a 12 month contract period.

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in a Data Entry role

+ Proven ability to type accurately with a high level of proficiency using a full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad.

+ Familiarity with lockbox products, especially in healthcare preferred.

+ Working knowledge of medical terminology a plus.

+ Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy.

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Description:

+ Proactively identify and resolve complex client escalations and inquiries.

+ Prioritize and organize workload to maximize efficiency and productivity.

+ Accurately enter data and assemble documents according to established protocols and deadlines.

+ Monitor and review documentation for accuracy and adherence to client requirements.

+ Utilize reports and data to improve work processes.

+ Collaborate with colleagues across different workstreams and systems.

+ Escalate system issues, inaccurate information, and discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
