A DAY IN THE LIFE

From recruiting, training, and hiring practices to selecting our subcontractors, we understand that diversity of all those involved in the construction process enhances our ability to deliver the best solutions to our customers. We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.

+ Receiving, verifying, and processing overhead invoices from vendors and suppliers throughout the month

+ Reconciling accounts payable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy while dentifying and resolving any discrepancies

+ Work on a daily basis with the vendors and industry partners on issues with billing and payments

+ Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and are properly documented.

+ Maintain and prepare the monthly collection reports

+ Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated by Accounting team

+ Develop and maintain positive relations with the Accounting team and Project Managers

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

+ High School Diploma required

+ 2-4 years of accounting experience

+ Construction accounting experience is a plus

+ Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion

+ Able to work effectively under deadlines and high pressure.

+ Ability to work with and build relationships with a wide variety of people

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

+ Knowledge of Viewpoint and Keystyle is a plus
