Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Rep to join our team in Bourbonnais IL. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new business, providing industry-leading service, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the team’s revenue and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of industrial products and equipment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.

Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Full-time

- Location: Midwest area

- Pay Rate: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prospect for new business opportunities in the Midwest area.

- Provide industry-leading service to clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Proactively solve problems to help the team achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Demonstrate a working knowledge of industrial products and equipment.

- Perform any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1-3 years of industrial experience.

- Previous sales experience is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients.

- Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
