About the Role:

Confluent is growing at an incredible rate, with a large amount of growth taking place within our sales organization. We are seeking a GTM Tools & Systems Manager to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the GTM Systems Operations – Sr. Manager, you will have an opportunity to work cross-functionally throughout our organization on various projects and be a champion to drive systems and tooling improvements for the Sales Org. An organized, innovative, proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is imperative for this role. This role would be great for an experienced admin with experience managing a tool stack.

What You Will Do:

+ Act as SME and internal owner for over a dozen GTM Tools, including collaborating with Procurement/InfoSec on new tools and renewals.

+ Manages our GTM tool renewals and tool pilots – by collaborating with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to incubate new initiatives aiming to reduce friction within the sales organization

+ Improve GTM tools through a combination of process, technology, and automation.

+ Actively participate in evaluations, testing, and training of all technologies serving our Sales teams.

+ Lead a team of 2 analysts/admins who will help you execute your vision, and assist with tasks such as user provisioning.

+ Troubleshoot tool issues internally and with external vendor support tickets for bug fixes/enhancements.

+ Assist Sales Enablement on tooling changes that impact the field team.Proactively identify problems/opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis.

+ Analyze and optimize the end-user experience within GTM systems

+ Publish regular GTM Tooling roadmap to a broad set of stakeholders

+ Be on the forefront of driving AI tooling initiatives, including support building in-house AI applications, new AI tools, and turning on AI functionality in existing tools.

+ Manage GTM Tool Budgeting with Finance and business stakeholders.Continually look for and suggest ways to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness via our GTM systems.

+ Stay on top of the latest feature releases within GTM technologies.

What You Will Bring:

+ Strong Knowledge of GTM Tools (Salesforce, Groove, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Clari)

+ Salesforce, Clari & Groove(or Outreach/SalesLoft) experience is a must

+ Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills4+ years of Sales Operations experience

+ Extensive Salesforce administration experience

+ Proactive and passionate, independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results

+ Positive work style, focus on getting things done, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $126,800 – $149,040, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
