This entry level position will play an important role in advancing how Zebra manages execution of programs and key projects within our global marketing programs to maximize impact for Zebra and our channel partners. The Program Manager will work with Program Owners to effectively manage key marketing programs including our Marketing Performance Management (MPM) program, Channel Program evolution, Product Launch (PLMk), and Innovation Initiatives. The Program Manager will work with project leads and cross-functional teams to support planning and plan execution intended to achieve Zebra’s goals inside of these programs as well as strategically valuable projects falling outside of these programs . The Program Manager will collect, interpret, and deliver feedback and status to key stakeholders and hold core project leads and teams accountable for on-time milestone and deliverable execution .Responsibilities:
+ Gathers input from the project team and work with a Project Lead to develop a project plan for projects of limited scope.
+ May also assist a Project Lead in management of their projects. Can work independently on less complex projects and initiatives.
+ Uses established tools, approaches / methodologies, and templates to guide and document the plan and communicate it to the team.
+ Works together with management to select team members from key stakeholder teams across Marketing and where required outside of Marketing to set timelines with supervision/oversight.
+ Oversees the work of the project team (indirectly supervise) involving members from a wide range of disciplines.
+ Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring program completion, i.e., project on schedule. Owns documentation of progress to provide tops down insights on process execution to Program Owners with focus on out of bounds execution and/or performance.
+ Gathers status updates from the project team and interprets inputs from the team to assemble a consolidated view of status across each program. Provides regular status updates to senior management as directed. Owns ensuring alignment from key leaders of milestone and deliverable achievement
+ Supports coordination of deliverables and project assets to assist the project team where needed.
+ Addresses obstacles minor in nature, escalates more complex issues to senior members of the team.
+ Supports establishment of scope, objectives, approach, & timelines with supervision oversight.
+ Demonstrates a basic understanding of business processes, scope and activities impacted by supported plans
+ Some supervision by management is expected in this position for complex or novel problems.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Ability to present, communicate, and facilitate effectively to peers and managers
+ Familiar with MS Office or similar
+ Comfortable delegating and requesting follow-up
Preferred Qualifications:+ Prefer candidate to work a hybrid schedule out of Lincolnshire, IL or other Zebra facility

Salary: USD 58500.00 – USD 87700.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
