Work you’ll do
As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant in our HCAS ServiceNow AMS practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:
+ Assist in Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of ServiceNow HRSD
+ Assist in workstreams for additional deployments of ServiceNow HRSD functionality; understanding data flow through the ServiceNow HRSD, the platform and other modules.
+ Assist in delivering ServiceNow HRSD projects that may have phased rollouts across global organization or M&A activities
+ Assist in conducting health checks for clients that are already live on ServiceNow HRSD, resulting in defining a roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD optimization
+ Assist in delivering our Operate engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams
+ Able to guide, communicate and educate our clients on ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and limitations including new release management

+ Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
+ 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and optimizations
+ 2+ years of experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow HRSD core module
+ 2+ years of experience with either ServiceNow HRSD Partners or Clients using ServiceNow HRSD
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR functions, processes and best practices
+ Ability to travel 10-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:+ Active ServiceNow HRSD Certification(s)
+ Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Consulting experience
+ Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97, 875 – $163,125.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
