Work you’ll do

The CXO Experience team is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic-thinking Impact Analyst to join our team. The scope of work includes identifying critical projects, products, and controls, that have downstream impacts to the customer experience, managing an early adopters’ program, and focus group design. This role will focus on analyzing the impacts of our technology initiatives on customer experience and driving improvements based on the insights gained.

+ Assist the CXO organization in identifying and prioritizing critical technology projects, products, and controls that directly impact the customer experience.

+ Manage an Early Adopters Program to gather initial feedback and improve products before full-scale deployment.

+ Identify user sentiment avenues within our current infrastructure to capture and analyze customer feedback effectively.

+ Work closely with product deployment teams, advocating for customer experience and ensuring its central role in product development and deployment strategies.

+ Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives in improving the customer experience.

+ Monitor and analyze customer sentiment and engagement data, translating insights into actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with customer experience objectives.

+ Prepare and present reports on the impact of technology initiatives to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.

+ Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology and customer experience, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

+ Responsible for designing, moderating, and analyzing focus group discussions to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Technology Support Services

The Technology Support Services (TSS) team is DT’s first line of contact with personnel. Providing walk-up support, asset management, PC compliance, and mobile devices support, TSS provides hands-on support to Deloitte employees.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

+ 5+ years proven experience in a technology-related role with a strong focus on customer experience.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Knowledge of customer experience best practices and trends.

+ Limited Sponsorship may be available.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
