About the Role: ?

As the Human Resources Manager, you play a critical role in supporting our plant’s workforce. Your responsibilities include:?

+ Managing various HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee relations, compensations, health and safety, payroll, and HRIS system management.?

+ Experience in managing in a union environment.

+ Conducting full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to new employee orientation, and managing onboarding activities.?

+ Administering payroll processes for both hourly and salaried staff on a weekly and semimonthly basis.?

+ Providing?ongoing employee training in areas like health and safety, performance management, and recognition.?

+ Ensuring a positive work environment by organizing employee activities and events.?

+ Administering company leave programs and managing worker’s compensation claims, ensuring compliance with employment laws.?

+ Maintaining HR analytic reports and assisting?in employee training & development processes.?

+ Supporting the implementation and consistent application of human resources policies.?

+ Managing HR projects at the plant level and facilitating?timely?communication of HR memos, programs, and policies.?

About You

You’ll ?fit right in if you have:?

+ Minimum of 3 years of related Human Resources and labor relations experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.?

+ Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources?or related field.?

+ Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.?

+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.?

+ Basic knowledge/experience in Lean operating systems and ability to work flexible hours.?

+ Proficiency?in Workday andDimensions, along with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).?

+ Experience in conducting employee investigations and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.?

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.?

+ PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Travel Requirements: Minimal, occasional support for other plants may be required.?
