Category Manager
Location: Vadnais Heights, MN
Hybrid role, based at H.B. Fuller Corporate Headquarters.

Global Strategic Sourcing Category Manager, Contract Manufacturing responsibility includes assurance of supply, superior cost management and uncompromising stewardship in support of our internal & external customers. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiation, internal customer relationship management, price updates, invoice discrepancy resolution, and vendor registration. Category Manager will have additional support responsibilities to include a variety of project-related work and daily management tasks related to material sourcing, usage tracking and price reconciliation. Focus will be a mix of day-to-day activities and process management with an eye for improving the way work is done (e.g., system improvements).

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 2+ years experience in Sourcing functions.
Experience working with S&OP/ERP/payment systems.
Self motivated, can function with little/no daily direction setting from manager.
Demonstrated strong desire and innate capability to learn.
Demonstrated CRM and SRM experience.
Management/prioritization of competing projects
Travel Required: 10% estimated

Preferred Requirements:
CPSM or similar certification
SAP experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $85,000 - 105,000.
