IMMEDIATELY HIRING Paramedics for Events and Emergency Deployment Opportunities Nationwide!
Deployment Schedule $8,120 7-day deployment
Regular schedule $35 hourly and $52.50 hourly overtime
We are looking for multiple energetic and self-motivated Paramedics with current certifications to support our Special Events Team when disaster strikes. When our nation calls, Paramedics on the deployment team will provide life-saving support and services at a moment's notice, locally or across the nation, and work with other healthcare professionals focused on the same mission during an emergency.
Responsibilities:
Paramedics will assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.
Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.
Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
Operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safety policies, and traffic laws related to the operation of emergency medical response vehicles.
Setting up and preparing the mobile operations.
Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel.
Ability to immediately travel for a no-notice event.
Qualifications:
Education & Industry Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Current and Valid State Paramedic credential
NREMT-Paramedic (preferred)
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS- Provider), Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider (ACLS- Provider)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider (PALS-Provider) (preferred)
Valid State Driver's License
Driving record compliant with company policy
911 Emergency Experience (preferred)
