Solutions Architects are an integral part of the Solutions Organization at Flexera. This role demands a highly skilled and experienced professional who will serve as a subject matter expert for Flexera's Data Platform and Technology Intelligence Platform products , working directly with customers in both a Pre and Post-Sales capacity. The solution architect position evaluates all business requirements of the client to come up with the technical vision to solve business problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technical market trends and the evolving capabilities of Flexera's products. The Solutions Architect will also play a critical role in engaging with product development, customer enablement, and onboarding activities to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Subject Matter Expertise:
Stay abreast of business and technical market trends and advancements.
Maintain deep knowledge of Flexera's Data Platform & Technology Intelligence Platform products and their evolving capabilities.
Serve as the go-to expert within your focus area, providing insights and guidance to both internal teams and customers.

2. Product Development Engagement:
Actively engage with the Product Development team.
Provide market and customer feedback to influence product roadmap prioritization.
Stay intimately familiar with upcoming roadmap items.
Prepare for and conduct product demonstrations, assessments, and evaluations.
Position and enable other technical and business resources on the new features, detailing the what, why, and how.

3. Hands-on Product Involvement:
Participate in functionality assessments and "customer 0" pre-release testing.
Ensure readiness for product releases by being deeply involved in testing and validation processes.

4. Customer Enablement:
Actively participate in both presales and post-sales activities.
Collaborate with various functions to support the customer journey, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation and support.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable customers to maximize the value of Flexera's solutions.

5. Customer Onboarding:
Take an active role in the onboarding process during both presales and post-sales phases.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and ensure successful adoption and integration of Flexera's products.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with Flexera's solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect or similar role, preferably within the software industry.
Proficiency or experience with Software and Hardware asset lifecycle management
Understanding of hardware and software procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement processes.
Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
Experience with analyzing hardware/software lifecycle data to make informed decisions about asset procurement and retirement.
Experience with projects involving Technical Debt, IT Risk, CMDBs, IT Audits/Regulations
Experience with ETL or data visualization/analytics
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
