The Economic Equity Initiative Program Manager will assist in the initial phases of EEI program build out including building the EEI brand, promoting its values, and deploying its programs either virtually or in-person. Specific phase 1 programs include workforce development, financial education, entrepreneurship, and homeownership programs.
Salary starts at $75,000 per year with opportunities to grow within the organization

Scope of Responsibilities:
Partner with EEI leadership team to conceptualize and launch programs
Branding:
Ensure EEI visibility on key dates by assisting in the creation of an EEI editorial calendar and monitoring news/social media to ensure we are active on key dates and/or around key events
Research conferences and events where EEI should have a presence
Support Program Delivery
Develop a program delivery checklist to ensure all details for on-line and in-person events are covered
Coordinate with center staff and partners to secure space
Work with Marcomm to support promotion and outreach including developing of flyers, posters, signage and other promotional/branding materials
Ensure all technology and materials are ready and operational to ensure seamless program delivery onsite or virtually
Minimum and Required Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
Highly organized, energetic, self-starter who thrives in a fast-based, highly adaptable environment
Able to work proactively but with an appreciation of partnership, teamwork and collaboration
Patient, persistent, with willingness to go extra mile to navigate complex systems or ensure program enrollment goals are reached and maintained
Passion for the inclusive social justice mission of EEI
Strong oral and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
Ability to work weekends and unconventional hours particularly during the periods when programs are launching or closing out
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and other administrative tools
Child Abuse Prevention - Supports the YMCA's commitment to child abuse prevention by:
Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisor
Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children
Reporting any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisor
Completing all child abuse prevention training as required
