Estimated hourly base pay: $27.40 (minimum) - $34.23 (midpoint) - $41.06 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Operations Specialist or experienced machine setup/operator, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring for a Tool Setting Operations Specialist at our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. This position will report into the NPI department on 2nd shift.
What You Will Be Doing
Performing first run tool settings and creating tool packages and managing the machines tool settings, for Makino, Multus, etc.
Supporting other value streams as needed with NPI parts and our delivery to customers.
Using Zollar and Omega pre-setting tools to conduct offsets.
Performing balancing of the tools per Woodward requirements and instructions
Using various computer programs and systems, including but not limited to WISE, Esprit, PC
Collaborating with the operations technicians, Operations specialists, project coordinators and NPI engineering teams on a regular basis to maintain NPI deliverables.
What We Are Looking For
A high school diploma is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
2 or more years of experience in setting up and operating machines (2-axis lathes, VMC and/or HMC) in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
