The Training and Development Manager will support and help leaders, teams, and individuals build the skills and capabilities they need to achieve exceptional results. In addition, they will design and implement training programs aimed to identify, nurture, and maximize the potential of employee talent. This role has an enterprise-wide impact supporting business drivers in employee engagement, development and retention.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Curate Development Resources and Tools: Own, refine, and curate development resources and tools.
Relationship Building and Guidance: Develop relationships across the enterprise and provide guidance and consultation to business leaders and HR colleagues.
Communication Strategy: Responsible for building and maintaining a communication calendar to support key training and development processes.
Training Vendor Management: Work with training partner (Skillsoft) to develop, implement, and monitor training options to ensure continuous improvement.
Facilitation of Training Sessions: Facilitate training and development sessions using various instructional techniques or formats, both in-person and virtually.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global partners for best practice sharing and alignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements:
Education (i.e., 4-year college degree, license, certification)
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or MBA.
Experience (i.e., years of work experience related to the job)
3+ years of progressive experience in a Talent function with a track record of delivering high-impact outcomes.
Proven experience with training facilitation and training program management
Knowledge / Technical Requirements:
Project management skills to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Competencies, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to consult, develop, and deploy high-impact development programs.
Resourcefulness and the ability to connect insights from across the business.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
High comfort facilitating in-person and virtual sessions for all sizes of employee groups.
Collaboration skills to integrate diverse perspectives of business leaders, HR partners, and COE partners.
