Job Description

Join our dynamic facilities management team in the healthcare industry! We are seeking a Facility Coordinator to support the operation and maintenance of our portfolio of healthcare properties. As a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for various aspects of facility management including customer/client services, facility maintenance, work order management, and reporting. You will also play a key role in developing client relationships and supporting our clients' goals and objectives

Responsibilities:
Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of facility conditions using MAXIMO including conducting spot checks to assess cleaning potentials, maintenance requirements, hazards, etc. for assigned facilities.
Perform environment of care inspections on all facilities
Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations.
Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work.
Document and complete all equipment, work orders, and preventive maintenance activities in the MAXIMO.
Provide support to Facility Manager and Assistant Facility Manager as needed.
Assist in MAXIMO special projects and activities as required.
Carry out any other duties and tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve facility goals and objectives.
Ability to develop productive working relationships with key stakeholders, client personnel, and other third parties to enhance the experience of facility users.
Experience with MAXIMO and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Basic knowledge of building systems, particularly mechanical and electrical systems.
Proven ability to provide clear direction to staff and communicate effectively.
