What the day will look like Drive Client Portfolio Retention and Growth

+ Drive revenue retention and growth for a portfolio of clients and prospects

+ Connect team with resources across Aon to create valuable offers and services

+ Partner with Account Executives and SMEs to bring our best strategic consulting and thought leadership to the client

+ Serve as executive sponsor with client, responsible for developing relationships at the right level across the client’s organization and conducting periodic check-ins on team performance

Elevate Team Effectiveness and Development

+ Work to remove internal barriers to putting “best in front” for team, bringing to bear a national view of Health &Benefits talent

+ Coach and mentor Account Executives

+ Assure client teams are structured and staffed appropriately and effectively

Expand Practice Capabilities In Focus Area

+ Alignment to innovation, sales or client team effectiveness and development based on experience, skill and passion

Skills and experience that will lead to success Complex Client Leadership

+ Long-term experience as a strategist or Account Executive, managing a wide range of large, complex clients

+ Proven ability to grow client revenue

Broad and Deep Expertise

+ Deeply knowledgeable, confident and strategic across all health and welfare benefits

+ Informed and conversant in broader talent and total rewards topics

Effective Client Team Leadership

+ Track record with crafting effective teams to deliver work for large, complex clients

+ Effective at coaching and mentoring colleagues

Executive Presence

+ Demonstrated agility and emotional intelligence; can pivot based on team or client need

+ Ability to converse effectively with all levels of the client organization

Contributions to the Greater Good

+ Demonstrated contributions to the success of other colleagues and teams, beyond those formally assigned, through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $220,000 to $300,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] [production incentives] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan. Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon’s discretion; medical, dental and vision insurance. This role does not accrue vacation. Rather, this role is eligible to take paid time off at the discretion of the employee and management in accordance with Company policy and practices.
