Job Title: Maintenance Lead
Job Description
Seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee and engage in the maintenance of food production equipment. Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical work on enrobing machines, tunnels, conveyors, melters, and ovens, replacing motors and drives, and working with PLCs on basic inputs and outputs. Additional duties involve lock out, tag out training, and some facilities work including HVAC, boilers, and lighting. The role also requires managing a small maintenance team.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Chicago, Illinois.
Work Environment
1st shift with flexible start times between 6-8am, usually working 8 hours. The environment varies, hotter near mixers and ovens but cooler in the packaging area. Team comprises only 3 people, with staggered start times to cover all production needs. Must not have allergies to any food products.
