Job Title: Forklift/Order Picker
Job Description
The individual in this role will be responsible for efficiently picking orders to be shipped. This includes operating a stand-up forklift, using an RF scanner, and following a picking sheet to locate items. The role also involves building orders according to customer specifications, palletizing and wrapping orders, and verifying shipping counts. Additionally, the individual may be required to repack parts into smaller boxes for shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground.

This is a fully on-site position in Hanover park ,Illinois
Work Environment
This role is based in a state-of-the-art, very clean assembly warehouse that focuses heavily on employee culture. The environment involves assembling various water softeners and filters for both residential and commercial industries. The position requires performing assembly of small sub-assemblies for filters by hand and using basic hand tools, some material handling duties, and lifting up to 30 lbs. The shift operates from 6am to 2:30pm, and the pay rate is $17 an hour. This is a contract-to-hire position.
