The Role

The Showroom Coordinator will be based onsite in our Fulton Market showroom. The position is a customer-facing, dynamic role in the Marketing department. This position will report to the Brand & Experience Manager, while also working alongside other departments that utilize the showrooms. There are two ownership facets of this role, 1-ensure an exceptional customer showroom experience, and 2- create excitement through marketing and content activities through the promotion of products, materials, finishes, and event activities for our Fulton Market Design & Experience center.

In This Role, You Will…

  • Be the face of the showroom by owning, planning and the execution of the overall customer experience
  • Operate as the point of contact for internal and external customers regarding sales events, scheduling and training
  • Lead tours of the building, showroom space and effectively communicate the Fellowes Contract Interiors brand
  • Creatively plan and oversee all aspects and host small to large showroom events that embody hospitality and foster relationship building – includes catering, showroom cleanliness, and ensure technology services are always operational
  • Propose new event concepts while building relationships with associations, vendors and area restaurants
  • Strategize and deliver/generate content for marketing purposes as it relates to the showroom and the digital design experience
  • Present digital design sessions using Portray, Fellowes proprietary software, in-person and to remote attendees
  • Collaborate with Branding/Creative Manager to ensure a high brand experience and deliverables for our showrooms and customers
  • Inventory, organize and maintain marketing collateral, samples, material finishes and SWAG for customers
  • Coordinate and manage all facility services for the showrooms
  • Provide administrative activities/KPIs/analysis of customer visits and space usage and feedback via a quarterly report
  • Maintain inventory of Materials and Finishes in all showrooms and fulfillment center
  • Assist with showroom and marketing functions as necessary

What You Bring to the Team

  • A minimum of 3 years of showroom, interior design or graphic design, and/or marketing coordination experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a design related filed, marketing or equivalent work experience
  • A willingness to work a flexible work schedule to meet various demands of company and customer events
  • A love for social events and an enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing presence
  • High attention to detail and organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently at times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • A willingness to travel to other company showrooms
