Job Summary:
Surveillance - Officer- monitors the overall operations of Surveillance on their assigned shifts, via a CCTV monitoring system. Utilizing this equipment to protect the property, guests, employees and all assets. This position's starting wage is $16.
Essential Functions:
Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
Monitors all non-gaming procedures
Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
Knowledge of all promotions and events.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer/employee service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Above average math skills.
Strong organizational and decision making abilities
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Physical Demands:
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
Visually able to define color.
Able to work flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
Able to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to work at heights above 10 foot high.
Ability to lift up to 25 LBS.
Ability to work with arms above your head for prolonged periods
Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time.
Environmental Working Conditions:
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
