Job Description

AFE ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage AFE (Approval for expenditure) Tracking system
Coordinate with Infrastructure PMO and CI&A leads to facilitate project and operational purchasing. Including Data Center and Infrastructure refresh project support.
Participate in enterprise-multi license software renewal/orders
Review and assess all costing and allocation details for AFE requests
Process orders, mostly over $100,000k
Recycling Vendor management and disposal request oversight
Purchase support and order management
Manage vendor relationships and performance.
coordination of technology-related initiatives.
Project Management where required

Additonaly

Procure and manage inventory of technology devices, including laptops, peripherals, and software.
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for technology devices, software applications, and peripherals.
Conduct technology training sessions for end-users to promote efficient and effective utilization of technology resources.
Maintain accurate records of technology assets, including serial numbers, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
Assist with asset management, including tracking, tagging, and disposal of technology equipment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of technology-related initiatives.
