JOB TITLE: Director of Human Resources

We're seeking a Director of Human Resources who effortlessly connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Lead and manage the HR team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and productivity
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Minimum of five years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Interpersonal skills:
Leading by example, fostering a positive work culture, and empowering team members to reach their full potential
Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust plans and strategies as needed to meet evolving business needs and priorities
Strong sense of empathy to understand and relate to the experiences, emotions, and perspectives of employees
Build trust, foster positive relationships, and provide support to employees

*Additionally, this individual will support and provide backup for payroll operations, benefit administration, and the recruiting and hiring processes.
