Job Description
Demonstrate expertise in DeltaV design and configuration, adhering to current industry code standards and S88 automation standards. Implement automation integration, modification, and technical support using GMP lifecycle management for the Process Control System (PCS). Design and develop Control Module (CM) and Equipment Module (EM) classes and instances. Generate, implement, test, and support phase configurations. Review and modify DeltaV Library. Develop Operation, Unit Procedure, and Recipes. Design Human Machine Interface (HMI) Graphics. Assist in the startup of the control system. Review and update GMP lifecycle documentation such as Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), Design Specifications (DS) etc. and comply with Good Automation Manufacturing Procedures (GAMP). Support Software Factory Acceptance Testing (sFAT) and Software Site Acceptance Testing (sSAT). Assist in Design Review and Build Review processes. Offer assistance in PCS troubleshooting and commissioning activities. Participate in Software Installation Qualifications (SIQ), Software Operational Qualifications (SOQ), and Process Qualifications (PQ). Review Design documentation, including Turn Over Packages (TOPs) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Provide real-time troubleshooting and on-floor support. * Position requires 15% of national travel.
