Job Description
Work on direct materials of up to $50M in spend, supporting 3 North American manufacturing Companies; deliver cost reduction projects of 3-5% of responsible spend annually; manage global expedites and shortages of purchased mechanical components like die casting, stampings, machined parts, powder metal etc. and collaborate with various departments, especially engineering R&D, quality (factory and supplier), materials management, and sales.
Up to 10% travel to suppliers located in Mexico, Canada, and the United States is required.
