Senior Manager, Project Management
Card Tech's Associate Experience & Culture team is looking for a passionate, energetic, creative, and strategic Associate Experience Lead to shape and lead experience and engagement efforts for our Card Tech teams. In this role, you'll empower and inspire associates throughout the organization via relevant engagement strategies and events, thoughtful communications, impactful hybrid connection, and purposeful recognition programs to empower a thriving tech organization.
The Associate Experience & Culture team is looking for a candidate with a passion for engaging and empowering associates, that has a keen eye for well crafted communications that make impact, and has strong program and process management skills who can identify strategic areas of opportunity for our organization and turn those ideas into reality. The ideal candidate will be the beacon of how our culture and values manifest in words, actions and attitude and have a proven ability to: understand the customer (the associates) and their needs, develop end-to end strategies and roadmaps for initiatives, partner closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to influence and ensure buy-in, manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment, create inspirational communications and materials, and passionately deliver high-impact, large scale efforts that enhance the associate experience. This candidate will also be positioned to be a people leader as well so passion for leading and inspiring a team to deliver great associate experiences is essential!
